The origins of our community are shrouded in mystery. But going by the name given to the community, our hometown may be Rajputana. But one thing is clear: many of the biggest Jain temples have been built by our community and they include the historic Vimal Vasahi temples of Vimal Shah at Mount Abu and the Adinath temple at Shatrunjaya.
